The hotel has a lovely view of the city and offers clean and comfortable rooms but charges for water, tea, and coffee. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every minute in San Francisco is enjoyable. The location is a bit sketchy with homeless people around, but convenient for walking to nearby eateries. The dining options are limited and slightly overpriced, although breakfast is available until noon. The facilities are adequate, but parking comes at an additional cost.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and exceptionally comfortable, but quite small and not as spacious as depicted in the photos. The beds, however, were extremely comfortable. The service was generally welcoming and friendly, with easy check-in procedures. However, there were awkward moments due to the staff not being adept at handling credit transactions. The location was great for exploring San Francisco, with convenient access to transportation options but marred by a high presence of persistent homeless individuals. The dining options were limited and on the pricier side without offering top-notch quality.

The hotel room was one of the nicest we've stayed in recently, with plenty of natural light streaming in from morning till late afternoon. The room was so comfortable and upscale that it was hard to leave. The hotel is conveniently located near a bar restaurant, which added to the overall experience, though the neighborhood wasn't the best.

The dining experience left room for improvement, while the location was overall great despite being in the undesired Tenderloin district.

However, the location is a downside due to being situated in a less safe area with homeless individuals and dirty streets around.

The hotel had very clean and extremely comfy beds, though the room was annoying with odd sounds all day long and lacking proper storage. The temperature was uncomfortably hot for sleeping.
